At Grip Society, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:
* unworn
* unused
* unwashed
* in original condition
* with original tags/packaging where applicable

Please include:
* your order number
* the item(s) you wish to return
* the reason for the return
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
* change of mind on clearance or limited edition items
* worn or washed products
* damaged items caused by misuse
* stickers or other consumable/accessory items unless faulty
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size, we may offer an exchange depending on stock availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent incorrectly.
